What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
• Working as a Dietary Technician, you will support the operations and nutrition teams in nutritional analysis related to menus, execution of allergen awareness and wellness programming; provide support for delivering wellness commitments under the direction of a supervising Dietitian; carry out plans related to nutritional programs and strategies planned by the leadership team; and ensure that established protocols are executed consistently including working with established guidelines, training operational teams, and reporting on compliance with established protocols• Receives and tracks recipes from the wellness and/or culinary team, enters recipes into nutritional analysis software in accordance with the recipe entry checklist, communicates missing information from recipes, accurately completes tracking logs, and communicates progress on recipe entry when applicable• Conducts weekly menu review and audits of cafes to ensure established menuing protocols are in compliance• Assists with signage and communication of nutrition data in locations that provide menu labeling• Assists in routine monitoring of nutrition program details including menu entry, online and in caf communication regarding menu items, communicating identified issues to managers, and reporting as directed• Assists with delivery of food allergen awareness training• Assists in routine monitoring of food allergen awareness protocols including descriptive menu labeling and proper guest communication• Assists the supervising Dietitian in site-specific wellness programming including on site demonstrations, community education events, and wellness focused social media campaignsWhat We Offer
